  • Do you need a reservation on the day of an event?

    • Ideally you would have a reservation because we often fill up on event days. If you have a gold or diamond level membership we’re already holding a spot for you.

  • How many items and services are available per event?

    • We do not buy enough for every dog who comes to daycare, because not every dog signs up for the event. So all items and services are first come first served. If you reserve online you’re a lot more likely to be able to partake in an event.

  • Are events for all people and dogs to join?

    • Short answer: No. These events are only for the dogs joining daycare, boarding, and grooming on the date of the event. Unfortunately only the Pickle crew is able to attend this event.

  • What if I don’t want my dog to have a certain item listed in the description?

    • That’s ok! We can exclude something if you don’t want your dog to have a certain treat or service. Please remind us of any allergies at drop off.

  • How do I reserve a spot for my dog?

    • Request a daycare visit, when doing so via the client portal you’ll see a menu of additional services. The events are listed at the top of the services menu. Select the date of daycare that corresponds to the event date. Sorry events do not apply to dates other than ones they’re scheduled on.
